Three are the basic legislative texts that dominate the process of the conclusion and the fulfillment of public procurement contracts. First of all, the Law 2286/1995, which is referred to the procurement-contracts that the public sector, the organizations of local government, the public legal entities, which are governed by the public or private law and banks owned by the State, regulates the process, which is followed by the Greek State for programming public procurements.

Franchising and E-Commerce

Το θέμα που θα αναλύσω αφορά στις επιδράσεις που μπορεί να έχει η εξάπλωση του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου (γνωστού διεθνώς ως electronic commerce, ή για συντομία e-commerce) στα συστήματα διανομής franchising. Αυτό που θα πρέπει κατ’ αρχήν να ξεκαθαρισθεί είναι ότι το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο δεν απειλεί με την ύπαρξή του ευθέως το franchising ούτε τίθεται θέμα διμερούς αντιπαράθεσης των δύο εμπορικών αυτών μεθόδων.
